I've been going to a healing trail for several years now. Franci has built an amazing business with such wonderful therapists/office staff. Everyone makes you feel welcome. It's very clean, Franci makes sure of that, which is a blessing. I've always seen Jenny for my massage's as does a lot of my family, and Jenny is great. I leave there always feeling so much better..I tend to have back issues from sports and I walk in a mess, so tight and hurting; Jenny relieves a lot of my pain. Thank you Jenny and Franci :)

I booked a 1.5 hr couples massage for my boyfriend and myself. Very warm and welcoming energy from Ashlee and Kelly. For my experience with Ashlee, it was amazing, her energy and massage felt like it penetrated deep past my skin, into my soul. I have been depriving myself of self care and healing for so long. Ashlee facilitated an experience I could completely submerge into and restart my healing and wellness journey ❤️‍ there was a spiritual essence that was incredibly soothing and comforting as well. Possibly the best massage I've ever had? I couldn't have asked Jennifer (highly recommend her!) To do a better job at addressing all the areas in my back I mentioned and ones that I didn't know needed attention. I feel great physically and even my mood is unshakable and I haven't stopped smiling since I left. Very nice front end staff as well. Will definitely return again.

I had a pain management massage this past week. Laura is a phenomenal therapist! She paid attention to all my pain management needs. She is friendly and very professional. My first experience at the healing trail was amazing! I got a 1.5 hour deep tissue massage from Jenn and it was one of the best massages I've ever had! She made me feel super comfortable and listened to my needs! Can’t wait to go back :)

I had an hour pregnancy massage and it was amazing!! I started to snore twice and woke myself up lol. Ashley was amazing…so gentle, accommodating and sweet! I highly highly recommend coming to see these lovely folk and explore what they have to offer! I know I will definitely be back once I’m settled after baby comes! Ashley had magical hands and lots of personality, we really hit it off. She also showed me the acupressure points to help induce labor!!! :) so incredibly thoughtful. What a warm and welcoming place! Top notch from the front desk to my therapist Heather. Heather was able to alleviate the lower back pain I arrived with in just an hour. She is professional, knowledgeable and has a calming demeanor. One of the best massages I've ever had (and I've had many)!

I went in to try the zero gravity float experience. It is definitely something that I recommend. I did full darkness and volume all the way down and let myself go where I did. At first getting used to just laying there without a connection to anything is stifling. As someone who rarely unplugs from daily life having no option but to do so was incredibly different. Within 'minutes' I felt myself letting go. I use the quotes because I have no idea how much time had elapsed. I kept my mind focused as I was exploring things within myself and programming my self conscious, however when I let go of focus and just listened to my breathing and looked around into the blackness was when I felt more connected than anything. The 'ceiling' became a starlit canvas, and there were 'moons' and a deep sense of being very small. I will go deeper into this, there were no stars projected just my own mind manifesting them. It was then I understood the whole of this experience. As my mind drifted back and forth during the sessions never truly letting go but also never being in strick control of it I did manipulate my joints and bones and could hear every movement of the muscle and bone as it was amplified by the water. I should also state that I was in fact wearing earplugs to dampen outside sounds. I also tried to lift my arms and legs out of the water and found that they felt infinitely heavier, so much so that there was a point where I understood that that was what happens when muscles truly relax. I look forward to doing this again, with my Fiance, though this next time I will very likely play a guided meditation to aid with the float.

Heather was amazing! It was my 1st time here and I traveled from Minnesota to visit my Aunt Jeanne. I injured my shoulder so she brought me here and it was wonderful. Heather really took her time to make sure I was comfortable and OK with everything she was going to do. Really great place.

My massage therapist was Liz and it was such a wonderful experience. She was so incredibly kind and friendly, she really made me feel comfortable. It was one of the best massages I’ve ever received, and it was so reasonable. They have so much to offer and I can’t wait to try other services they offer. I will definitely continue coming here because it was so worth it.

Booked a 1 hour Reiki session here for the first time with Lola & was blown away by the experience! The center itself was extremely clean, staff was not only professional but majorly kind as well, making you feel at ease right off the bat. During/throughout the session I felt very comfortable & relaxed. I could literally feel the exchanges of energy working through me & healing what was needed to be healed. After the session, coming back to the car, I felt like I was a brand new person than who I was when first coming in. It was like I could breathe easier & just felt lighter overall. I honestly feel like words cannot truly express how amazing I felt afterwards. Fun fact: Upon arrival was asked to wash my hands due to covid precautions & on the side of the mirror in the bathroom there was a small list of 3 different song verses that you could read to yourself while washing your hands for 20 seconds- of course I personally chose Landslide by Fleetwood Mac, anyway I just thought that was not only helpful but cute & a fun little touch to the experience... even if it was something small. I hope to come back & visit soon. I highly recommend not only A Healing Trail but also the wonderful practioner I had today (Lola) I cannot thank her enough! I'm so glad I was able to visit.

I had a gift card for this place. Did know what to expect, so I book a 1 hour massage appointment and before it was over, I had to ask for another half hour because it was so good! I'll be back soon!

What's not to LOVE about a women-owned, women staffed local business? 23 Massage Therapists to choose from, loads of style choices( my fav is an hour of Flotation Therapy in the salt pool, then Deep Tissue Massage for another 90 mi. with hot stones. Totally the Best Self Care in the world!

Great park for your littles. 2 tennis courts as they they are or for the adults. We have been going here since it opened. Bathrooms are fairly clean, basketball, 2 playground structures, sand area, pavillions and lots of parking. Well shaded areas as well to escape the sun. Lovely garden area to walk through too

Great people, very attentive to customers' needs. I typically get the same service each visit, a deep tissue massage, and have had a number of different masseuses there and I've never disappointed.

I started going to A Healing Trail for massages around 2007 back when I was mountain bike racing on a regular basis. Getting a massage after a race always felt like the right thing to do. Nicole provides me with a wonderfully relaxing experience, but she also works out the knots that develop in my muscles that would turn into bigger issues if left unattended.

The most relaxing atmosphere and friendliest massage therapists are at the Healing Trail. From therapeutic massage to pampering facials, this place is absolute heaven. I would go everyday for a massage to ease my stress if I cloud, because all of the staff are so amazingly professional and great at what they do!
