Lymphatic Drainage

Specific techniques are applied to promote circulation of the lymphatic fluids and increase immune system function. This is especially useful in draining stagnant areas, edema or chronic swelling and reducing the pain that accompanies many medical conditions. PMS cramps and bloating are greatly reduced with lymph drainage. Both allergy and chronic sinus sufferers will find relief with a series of lymph drainage sessions. These techniques are also helpful in draining the breast lymph nodes to increase the health and immunity of the breasts and, in some cases, may reduce breast cysts. Lymph drainage for the legs can reduce or help prevent varicose veins, spider veins and cellulite. Pregnant women and diabetics can reduce swelling and pain in the feet. Zero Balancing

Zero Balancing (ZB) is a simple yet powerful bodywork system that aligns
mind and body using touch and movement to address the deepest structures
of the body: the connective tissue, bones and joints. Developed by Osteopath
and acupuncturist Fritz Smith in 1973, Zero Balancing combines Western
scientific approaches with Eastern concepts of energy and healing. ZB uses gentle pulling, lifting and manual pressure to help free energy flow
in the body and create a sense of wellbeing and balance. By reaching the
deepest layers of held tension, the firm comfortable touch of Zero Balancing

CranioSacral Therapy

functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral

Synergie Facial Sculpting and Body Contouring

Synergie cellulite treatments provide optimal stimulation, stretching and pressure to subcutaneous tissues offering a type of subdermal tissue massage not possible through traditional massage techniques.

A typical Synergie treatment program consists of a series of twice-weekly sessions, followed by monthly maintenance visits. The number of sessions is customized to meet the individuals goals. Full body treatments take 30 minutes at least twice per week for a minimum of 8 weeks.
